Professor Marc Salem has been a student of the human mind for over
30 years.
Born In Philadelphia, the son of a rabbi and pharmacist, Salem's
interest in the mind and its workings goes back to childhood experiences.
From influencing apparent random choices of friends and family to
anticipating events before they occurred, Salem set out to discover
and uncover the mysteries of the mind.
As an academic, he holds advanced degrees from the University of
Pennsylvania and NYU. His work with Ray Birdwhistle, the founder
of kinesics (or body language) has been seminal to his practice.
He has been on faculty of several major universities, consulted
to influential law firms and law enforcement agencies, continuing
to understand how the mind creates reality and meaning.
